Depending on the size and location, we may use ropes, rigging systems, or cranes to safely lower branches and trunk sections. Once the tree is removed, we can also organise stump grinding and complete site clean-up, leaving your property tidy and safe.

In many cases, yes, but it depends on the type of tree and local regulations. Some trees can be removed without approval if they fall under certain size thresholds or exemptions. However, protected vegetation, significant trees, or those in certain zones may require council approval before any work is carried out.

Not generally; there are usually a few days between the quote and job booking, but we do our best to accommodate urgent tree removal where possible, particularly in emergency situations such as storm damage or dangerous trees.

Our primary focus is on larger tree removal and professional pruning, so removing small shrubs, plants, or ground vegetation isn’t our specialty. However, if there are shrubs or smaller plants that need to be cleared as part of a larger tree job, we’re more than happy to take care of that as part of the overall scope of works.

Tree removal typically involves cutting the tree down to ground level, but the root system is usually left in place. Removing roots entirely can be very invasive and is generally only done when required for construction or excavation.

If needed, we offer stump grinding, which removes the stump and major surface roots to below ground level, allowing the area to be reused, replanted or re-turfed.

Stump grinding is not automatically included in tree removal, as some clients prefer to keep the stump or handle it separately. We can absolutely include stump grinding as part of your quote if you’d like the stump removed at the same time.

Yes, clean-up is a standard part of our service. We remove all branches, logs, and debris generated during the job, leaving your property neat and tidy.

If you’d like to keep any timber or mulch, we’re more than happy to organise that as well.

Absolutely. Many acreage clients choose to keep the mulch for use in gardens and landscaping. Just let us know beforehand, and we can leave the mulch on-site in a suitable location.

If you don’t need it, we’ll take everything away as part of the clean-up.
