Kate Herlihy has been an integral pillar of Oasis Tree Management for over 12 years, working directly alongside property owners to successfully navigate their tree management requirements. As Operations Manager, her deep industry tenure uniquely spans both practical worksite logistics and local compliance.
Kate's foundations in the industry are thoroughly hands-on. Her decade-plus experience includes physical on-the-ground laboring alongside our climbing crews, giving her a comprehensive understanding of tree rigging, site safety, and arborist work scopes. This dual experience allows her to seamlessly bridge the gap between complex fieldwork and administrative compliance.
Today, Kate specialises in assisting Brisbane and Logan residents through all their tree maintenance needs. She has guided hundreds of property owners through quoting, scheduling works, navigating protected vegetation permits, and providing general advice for (QCAT) neighbor disputes.
To expand Oasis Tree Management’s technical capabilities, Kate is currently completing an intensive AQF Level 5 Diploma in Arboriculture. This advanced qualification will formally transition her role into comprehensive asset management, project tracking, and professional arborist report writing.
