Our team was recently engaged to remove a large palm tree from the rear of a residential property, along with removing multiple Wattle trees to create a tidier, more usable backyard.
While the scope appeared straightforward, the work area presented several challenges.
The large palm was growing in a confined space between the home's patio and the boundary fence on a retaining wall, leaving very little room to work safely. The surrounding Wattles were close to the drop zone, requiring removal first, providing a large volume of branches and foliage that required careful dismantling and efficient removal.
With nearby structures, fencing, landscaping and established trees to protect, every stage of the removal required careful planning and
controlled rigging techniques.
Our qualified arborist Ryan, and ground team used controlled dismantling techniques to safely remove the trees while protecting the surrounding property and minimising disruption.
Throughout the project, extra care was taken to protect the house, patio, boundary fence, lawn and neighbouring trees. The green waste was processed efficiently and removed from site, leaving the property clean and tidy.
At the client's request, we also cut and left some wattle logs into manageable lengths for their firepit: a service we're always happy to provide where practical.
The trees were removed safely and efficiently, exactly as the client requested, making the backyard a more open, functional space.
